sumif - summing more than one column based on criteria

I am trying to sum Budget balances for 3 months if the Account Ref meets specific criteria. I can sum one column, but don't know how to add data from the three.

Eg If column A (Account Ref) is greater or equal to 4000 (Nom 1) and smaller or equal to 4008 (Nom 2), sum C,D,E.

	ACCOUNT_REF	NAME	BUDGET_MTH1	BUDGET_MTH2	BUDGET_MTH3

	Answer I am looking for:
	A	B	C	D

=SUMPRODUCT((A2:A6>=4000)*(A2:A6<=4008)*C2:E6)
