Hi all - I think this might be an IF formula, but not 100% sure

I have a calculation that returns a percentage value - based on that percentage (let's say in Cell A1) I want Cell B1 to return a statement based on:

Below 75%: Risk
Between 75.01% & 150%: OK
Greater than or equal to 150.01%: Excess

Not quite sure how to do that.

Excel Facts

Using Function Arguments with nested formulas
If writing INDEX in Func. Arguments, type MATCH(. Use the mouse to click inside MATCH in the formula bar. Dialog switches to MATCH.
=IF( A1 < =0.75 "Risk", IF( A1 < = 1.5 , "OK", "Excess"))
