Text if formula returns ""

Hi,

I have the following formula which works great

I am looking to have the text say "There Is No Status Currently Available" if the formula returns a "" alternatively if the formula returns a value I would like the text to be "The Status Is Currently "

Also if the formula returns a "" in C13 I need the whole line to return ""

="The Status Of This Job Is "&IF(ISNA(INDEX('Service Order Information'!$N$14:$N$10000,MATCH($C$13,'Service Order Information'!$C$14:$C$10000,0),0)),"",INDEX('Service Order Information'!$N$14:$N$10000,MATCH($C$13,'Service Order Information'!$C$14:$C$10000,0),0))

is this at all possible
