Hi,

Is there anyway to get a total but only using colours?

eg, I want to colour blocks in blue and at the end of the row, I want it to count how many were blue.

Can this be done?

Thanks
Stu

Fastest way to copy a worksheet?
Hold down the Ctrl key while dragging tab for Sheet1 to the right. Excel will make a copy of the worksheet.
perfect!! I have finally sorted it out in my own head.

Just one more question,

When I change the colours of cells, there is a delay before the total is updated

eg, I change one cell to red but nothing happens, so I change another cell and the first cell total is now there.

It's like it is always one move behind. Is there a refresh button or something?

Once again, thank you so much for your help!!
