tracking goals vs YTD using percentages

Hi all!

So I am trying to track goals vs ytd using percentages. At first I was using equation YTD/GOALS, however that was not working when either goals or ytd equaled to zero. Then I tried using =IF(G5=0,1,H5/G5), but it wasn't given me the correct results (on the 4th number on the graph it gave me 100%). Can anyone help me figure this out please.

I have tried that but it doesnt work, when my goal is 0 and YTD is a number. meaning we have beat our goal.

If you divide any number by zero you get an error. What number did you want to show?

This puts 100% if you have a YTD value greater than zero and a Goal of zero
=IFERROR(IF(AND(B2<>0,A2=0),1,B2/A2),0)
