Trying to create an at risk register to track my students

Hello all,
I am trying to create an At risk register so i can track my student that have several classes.
Each tutor has there register that they enter an (A)-Absent, (P)-present or (L(10))-Late and number Minutes, i need something that will look over the other two subject spreadsheets for a set period (26th February 2018- 15th Mar 2018)(12th March 2018- 29th March 2018) and check if it has more than 2 (A or L), it will then copy the students name to my sheet so i can chase them up.
I have attached two sample Registers that the other Tutors enter as well as the register i will use (Master Register).

I appreciate any advice/help that someone can offer.

And just to begin with what is a Register?
Is this a sheet?

I need sheet names and what columns we are dealing with.

for replying... i have tried to add them as images hopefully it works and makes it clearer?

I register is a record of student attendance.
The other tutors enter the students attendance and i need to make sure the students for my group are attending and if not chase them up.

Well i guess the image embed didn't work
here is the general layout of all sheets

The Other teachers Register layout:
B2 along has all the dates (the course is for 16 weeks with 4 days a week)
A3-A?? Has the student Name
B3-B?? Has the students attendance (A-Absence, P-Present and L(10) Late number min hrs etc)
At the end of each student is a formulae that calculates the total percentage late absent etc

My Master Register Layout:
Student Name A4-A?? (This has to be populated from the other registers if the student has been Absent or late 2 times within the time period (3weeks)
Subject C4-C?? (This has to be populated from the other registers dependent on the student name and what register it came from)
Number times absent or late D4-D?? (This has to be populated from the other registers dependent on the student name and number times they have been late or absent)
The rest is populated by myself for chasing them up.

I hope i have clarified bit better and sorry i couldn't get the images attached as apposed to a link.
