Prevent GETPIVOTDATA. Select inside a PivotTable. In the Analyze tab of the ribbon, open the dropown next to Options and turn it off

Try this macro (if you need help on how to enter/run this code, let us know):

Sub MakeHyperlinks()
    Dim cl As Range
    
    For Each cl In Selection
        cl.Hyperlinks.Add Anchor:=cl, Address:=cl.Text
    Next cl
End Sub

Note that you have to select the cells that you want to change to hyperlinks before running this code.
