Use index/match and sumifs to get a report which can be done on pivot table

Is it possible to use a formula to return the result as per below:

Excel Facts

Quick Sum
Select a range of cells. The total appears in bottom right of Excel screen. Right-click total to add Max, Min, Count, Average.
