Vba to create messagebox showing status of current document sync to onedrive

Morning All,

I'm currently just starting out using onedrive and am having trouble getting some of my documents on my computer syncing with the onedrive counterparts given that it seems to be taking a very long time is there any way of creating a message box to show the status of the sync and when it is complete.

As ever any help is greatly appreciated
