Here is what I'm trying to accomplish.
Columns: A Employee B Job Name C Sale Price D Week #

Column C will have a sales price for every job amount and there will be anywhere from 1-8 of those added per week. I am looking for a formula that will figure the average price per job dividing all cells with data in column C. Since jobs will be added on a daily basis throughout the year the formula needs to be able to see how many cells have data in them in column C and divide by that number to get the average.

The second formula I am needing is for column D. It will have a max of 52 cells with data because it will only have a number in it representing the start of a new work week, but the formula needs to be able to check against how many cells have data in it and divide that number against the total sales from Column C. The goal is to get an average total sales per week.

I can do basic formulas but what I'm asking here is too complex for me to know where to begin.

Excel Facts

Why are there 1,048,576 rows in Excel?
The Excel team increased the size of the grid in 2007. There are 2^20 rows and 2^14 columns for a total of 17 billion cells.
