Which calculation is faster??

Would an HLookup or a SumIf array be faster??

Who is Mr Spreadsheet?
Author John Walkenbach was Mr Spreadsheet until his retirement in June 2019.
They're different things. HLOOKUP will look up and return one value, whereas SUMIF will add values based on criteria. If there will only be one matching value, I would expect HLOOKUP to be faster.
