Which template is the current workbook based on ?

I can't find a workbook Property or Document Property that return the template the workbook is based on. Any ideas?

Reading document properties with VBA - Excel Off The Grid

In the Windows Explorer it is possible to view a document's properties. Right-click on the file and select Properties.

The Template Property returns an empty string.

I would have thought the excel object model would provide a simple Property that returns the base template of a workbook or am I missing something obvious here ?.
