Win 7 64 and Calendar Control

I've downloaded and installed / registered the ocx in the SysWOW64 folder as per instructions.
From a command prompt it showed a successful register.

Though still no show in tool box .... even after looking through the additional controls dialog box.

Any ideas ?

Thanks Andrew but that's the one I actually followed.

Calendar control just doesn't show up in the toolbox.
