Is there a way to use Wrap Text and Shrink to Fit at the same time in a cell?

I am using a lookup command to retrieve Job Names and display them in a time sheet. My cells are each two cells merged together in 1 column. I am currently using Wrap Text so the long job names wrap to the next line down in the merged cell. However, some job names are way long and I can't change the size of the cells so the end of the job name gets cut off. Also, if I just use Shrink to Fit, the really long job names become really really really small because they don't wrap to the next line. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

How to create a cell-sized chart?
Tiny charts, called Sparklines, were added to Excel 2010. Look for Sparklines on the Insert tab.

As far as I know it is one or the other, but not both.
