Hi,

I am having trouble removing the zero that is automatically inserted in front of the decimal point. Is it possible to remove this? Also, if there is a fix, is it possible to amend all of the cells in one fell swoop without having to re-enter information?

Thank you for your time and for any help that can be given.

Excel Facts

Move date out one month or year
Use =EDATE(A2,1) for one month later. Use EDATE(A2,12) for one year later.
Nevermind. Fixed the problem myself.

In case anyone else is wondering, I did this by highlighting my cells, right-clicking, selecting Format Cells, going to Custom, and typing in the text box "X.000" (since I needed to round to three decimal places). The X specifies that any number in front of the decimal point is non-zero, which is important at least for my numbers.

Thanks anyway! This is a great forum even though I didn't get a response when normal people are sleeping.
