When I bring up the built in find (using ctrl and f at the same time) it only searches in the worksheet that I am currently in. Is there an option to search all of the worksheets?

Repeat Last Command
Pressing F4 adds dollar signs when editing a formula. When not editing, F4 repeats last command.
Yes,

In the find window, under options

Change Within to WorkBook

Hope that helps.
