Hi all

I am trying to add some security to the database to prevent editing of saved forms - I have used the allowedit, allowaddition and allowdeletion which work however they also "hide" the previous forms which I would like to be able to see.

Also is there a way of disabling the delete record function within the table so users can not remove saved records?

thanks
Andrew

If your users dont know access, you can get away with hiding the db. Setting queries to snapshot so they canT be edited. Forms that are set to disallow delete, edit, etc.
You could also have tUsers table , if certain people get more rights than others.

BUT if they do now how to bypass these things, then you are looking at passwording the objects in MANAGE USERS AND PERMISSIONS.
