I have a table that I append to my existing table. When I ran the totals hours with the appended data it gave me a number around 2602. I ran the same query and it updated that number by 60 more. I copied the dated into excel to do a side by side comparison and 11 items had higher numbers this updating by 60. Can someone explain to me why this would occur. I do that same with all other months and there is no variance. For some odd reason I had a variance this times around. Any explanation would help.

thank you

Why does 9 mean SUM in SUBTOTAL?
It is because Sum is the 9th alphabetically in Average, Count, CountA, Max, Min, Product, StDev.S, StDev.P, Sum, VAR.S, VAR.P.
Perhaps the query ran twice by mistake?
