How do I save a spreadsheet with VBA, and actually change the file attributes to read-only? I don't want to save the workbook as Password to Modify, since the user is then prompted for the password. I am trying to accomplish the same as if I would go into Windows Explorer, go to the properties of the file, and check the read-only box. Tht way the file IS a read only file with no options. Can this be done when I save the file with VBA?

Excel Facts

Copy a format multiple times
Select a formatted range. Double-click the Format Painter (left side of Home tab). You can paste formatting multiple times. Esc to stop
NP  I just realized you might want to use ThisWorkbook.FullName though
