pivot table sums

I have created the pivot table below, but instead of summing the actual data occurences, what I need is the total excluding the Team whose row is concerned, and DOB and 3rd tier.

For example, AT38 would read 3, AU38 = 2.

This does not need to be done in this pivot table, an external table would be fine, although I'm unsure how to do this calculation from a pivot table.
