    Combining Dates to Make Chart

    I am trying to make a chart with some of the same dates and each date equals 1. I want to combine the same dates and have it add them all up. EXAMPLE: 1/1/18 1/1/18 1/1/18 1/2/18 1/2/18 So I want to combine the dates into a chart row and the column be the number of date's combined (1/1/18 = 3)

    Conditional Format based on Date

    Is it possible to conditionally format a cell to light up a certain color if there are any dates appearing that are beyond the year 2017? 12/31/17 is fine to not highlight but 1/1/18 and so on would be. How could I do this?
