    Hello all, I need a formula that returns the value of a cell in another worksheet by specifying its column (e.g. Calculation_Sheet!W:W) and it's row (e.g. 6). The value to be returned will always be a number (integer). Can anyone suggest the best way please? I have spent a few hours trying...

    So I know this is a really basic thing, but I'm kind of lost.. I have a worksheet named CAPA, and another named comp.norm. I need for cell D2 from comp.norm. to always have the same value of CAPA's cell C3, which will be changed constantly.. thanks for any help!
