    Cannot see/view excel workbook

    Hi all, I can open an excel workbook, but nothing appears except the standard & formula toolbars. I've checked that the workbook isn't hidden; the options for "Window" > "Arrange" or "File" > "Print Preview" or "View" > "Normal" are all inactive; in fact, most/many of the menu options are...
