What is the best tool to have 5 people in a workspace collaborate on a single excel sheet? Realtime?

I was wondering if there was an Excel Wiki setup on this site? Somewhere that the community could formalize alot of the work on these forums into something more organized. Maybe there is a wiki somehwere else? If not, I'd say this is something we should definitely get started. Any thoughts??
