digital signatures

I have an Excel document that I convert to PDF. I then need to insert a signature line in Adobe so I can send it out with Adobe Sign. Is there a way to have a signature line convert with the PDF, vs having to always place it in?

I found something for excel but nothing for word. can someone please help if there is such a program? Thanks in advance.
