    Desperately need help with a countif formula/ cells staying blank

    Greetings form a newbie Need help with this in Excel 2010 (please, please, please) =IF(COUNTIF(C6:C8,"N"),"N","Y") Cell C9 will return a N value if N is selected anywhere between C6 and C8. The problem is C9 returns a Y value if C6 to C8 are all blank. Ideally I want C9 to remain blank...
