    Problem getting COUNTIFS formula working

    I'm trying to write a formula that will count all dates between Monday and Friday of this week and the value in the adjacent column in not equal to "Fully Received". I know what I want to do and a general idea of the formula I need to use, but I can't seem to get the syntax right to get it to...

    Formula for listing a cell's contents as long as two adjacent cells meet the criteria

    Hello First time poster. the final formula (I hope) for a work project is really stumping me. I need it to display the contents of a cell on a different sheet as long as 2 adjacent cells match specific criteria, it is causing me alot of headache to work out
