    Highlighting columns based on text from a cell

    Hi, I'm trying to highlight columns that have a specific text in a row( =F$6 ="text") and it "works" but the cell with the text is 5 cells united while the ones below are separated so the when the cells below get highlighted, only the leftmost column is affected. Anyone knows how to fix this...
