    Extract last modified by of an excel file

    hi, i have a list of excel files for which i need to know the last modified by value of all the excel files. All the excel files reside on Sharepoint URL. Can somebody plz help me here. I want to extract the data using VBA. Im a newbie in this so I dont have any code as of now. Thanks.
