    Trying to identify matches between two columns. Minor tweak needed?

    Hi All, I'm trying to identify matches between two colums and I'm so close to getting there! (I think). The only issue that I'm having is the fact that the colums don't contain data that is just numeric. They are both serial numbers, which contain both. Here's what I've done so far. Example...
