    How to create the lists/table in excel? Can we assign them names also so that we can count the no of rows they contain.

    How to create the lists/table in excel? Can we assign them names also so that we can count the no of rows they contain. If above thing is possible conider we add a new row to the named list/table , can I now also count the no of rows and columns of the list
