missing pull down menus

    Excel 2007 Graphics Disappeared

    Hello, I have a file I created from several sources. Some sheets were pasted from other files. I had some graphics and pull down menus created from Data Validation that now have disappeared. They are gone! And when I go to the "Insert" Menu, Illustrations and Chart Menus are grayed out...
