    arithmetic formula challenge neg /neg, pos / neg, pos / pos

    I am struggling to solve the arithmetic and write an excel formula that can calculate the percentage of goal. The goal can be either positive or negative and the actual result can be positive or negative. Example -3 / -2 = -100% -2 / -2 = 100% - 1 / -2 = 200% 0 / - 2 = 300% 1 / - 2 = 400%
