    Return specific cell if date is less than specific date in range on amortization table

    Hello all, I will do my best to make this as understandable as possible. I have an amortization schedule and I need a specific amount to be recorded on a monthly basis and I am trying to make get this value to populate automatically. I attached an image so i hope that works otherwise please...
