    Adjust picture based on range in one other Sheet

    Hi and Thanks in advance! I have 2 Tabs/Sheets. I both Tabs the row width and Height is the same 'anyway this should not matter I am tryng ot get a photo for Sheet(2).Range("B2:AO23") and have it in Sheet(1).range("C3:W11") I do not want/actually I can't use simple formulas in Sheet(1)...
