sort names based on score

    Multiple results found in Index/Match formula, but I need the next value

    I'm trying to rank names based on score. My problem is, I have 6 people with 100% score, & it's returning 6 rows of the same person's name & none of the others who scored 100%. How can I make it get the next person on the list from range O7:P18 ? I'm assuming some sort of IF or OFFSET, but...
