    keep data and comments on files in a drive

    I want to record columns (such as my rating of files) about such as xls, ppts, docs web pages I have downloaded, pics on my PC once i have this i can then use the filters to find the documents and then look at the through hyperlinks and then add information into columns or print the documents...
