    what is the MS Access equivalent to Excel's "Pick from list"?

    what is the MS Access equivalent to Excel's "Pick from list"? Is this part of a tables data Validation Rules in Access, like it is in Excel? I want to limit the data entry to values that are pre-existing on another table. Is this how I would do so?
