    Help With how to change cell colours based on value

    Hello! So I have tried doing this through conditional formatting but cannot get the cell not to change colour if it is left blank. Basically what I want is if the value of the cell is todays date or older then red. if within three weeks of the due date then orange and anything longer than this...
