    Use formula in cell loop

    How can I use a cell address in a formula within a range loop? I've tried the below but it doesn't work; For Each cell In Range("B3:B18") If cell.Value <> 0 Then cell.Offset(0, 1).Formula = "=IF(Cell="""","""",COUNTIF(DEPLOYMENTS!$S$2:$S10000,Cell))" End If Next

    Remove Listbox item based on Textbox value

    I'm populating a Textbox on a Userform based on a Listbox selection like this; TextStaff.Value = ListBox1.Value What I'd like to do now is remove the TextStaff value and have tried this but it doesn't work; ListBox1.RemoveItem (TextStaff.Value) Can someone show me how please?
