If you have the start date in A1 (e.g. 24th April 2007) and workdays to add (excluding Sundays) in B1 this formula will give the end date

=A1-WEEKDAY(A1,3)+INT(7/6*(B1+MIN(5,WEEKDAY(A1,3))))
