Two questions:

I was wondering if there is a shortcut to change the status bar function in the lower right corner. This is where we can select count, sum, average etc. Also, is it possible in any way to display more than one of these functions? E.g. I switch between count and sum all the time so it would be useful to always display the sum and the count. I am using Excel 2002.

Thanks,

Welcome to the Board.

Assign the Shotcut keys shown to these macros:

Code:
Sub ShowSum()
'   Keyboard Shortcut: Ctrl+Shift+S
    CommandBars("AutoCalculate").Controls("Sum").Execute
End Sub

Sub ShowCount()
'   Keyboard Shortcut: Ctrl+Shift+C
    CommandBars("AutoCalculate").Controls("Count").Execute
End Sub

Thanks! Works perfectly!

But, is there no way to display both at the same time?!

Thanks again for your help!
