Add current date in zulu time

I have the generic code to save to PDF from Excel; I would love to put the julian Date at the end. In this case in would be "Inbound 156 23149" or whatever the current date is. If it is too difficult I can settle for the normal date 29 May 23 for example "Inbound 156 29 May 23".
