Hi
Happy New year
Hope this finds every one healthy

some of the cells in row C have the date 10-2-2020 in in. It is formatted as mmm-dd. others are either blank or have text
I'm trying to write an If statement in row H to put a 1 in the cell that has the date in C. Then I can put in H1>>>=sum(....
and count how many cells have the date
I've tried:
Rich (BB code):
=if(c2=Oct-02,+1,"")
=if(c2=10-02-2020,+1,"")
=if(c2="Oct-02",+1,"")
=if(c2="10-02-2020",+1,"")

I change the - to /
none will work
