append the updated real time data to previous data in Excel

I need to import the real-time data from a website to excel and then append the updated data to the previous data instead of replacing the previous data
-> when I go to import external data -> using web -> then I get the data into my excel sheet but when I refresh it the previous data gets updated instead of getting appended to it.
please help me.
