Applying multiple SEARCH text options to one IF function

I am wanting to design the IF function code that will search for multiple text options and apply the same function to the cell but I am unsure how to finish the code off. Could someone please help me?


In the scenario below the IF function needs to pick up both the text "Yes" and "Maybe" and apply the commission value to the price. I can get only one text value to work using this code:

Either
=IF(IFERROR(SEARCH("Yes",A1),0)<>0,B1+(C1*B1),B1)
Or
=IF(IFERROR(SEARCH("Maybe",A1),0)<>0,B1+(C1*B1),B1)

but have not managed to get the code to accept both yes and maybe.

Maybe	250000	8%	270000
