Assistance - Correct formula to pull number from chart

Good morning all,

I am trying to populate G35 in my spreadsheet from a chart. You can see the chart here

If Between	Use
1	5,000	0.0195
5,001	10,000	0.0185
10,001	20,000	0.0175
20,001	30,000	0.0165
30,001	40,000	0.0155
40,001	and over	0.0145

G36 will then = H26 (number of messages) Times one of the Use amounts (ex: H26 *.0185 - which on my spreadsheet will be H26*G35))

So, based on the total number of messages found in H26 I need Excel to select the correct corresponding Use amount from the chart to populate G35. So if H26 is 30,050 the correct Use number in G35 is .0155

Can someone please explain to me the correct formula to use? Right now I have the chart on a second page of the spreadsheet and plan to lock it and change text color to white to hide it.

So the first entry would be if 0 use 0
