Howdy all, I am after some help to achieve the following.
I have a bunch of digital photos with various dimensions (I can work with the dimensions in mm).
I would like to be able to adjust the size of the images such that the mm2 of them is all the same but they retain the same aspect ratio.
So a scenario would be as follows:
I am looking to make a photo that has dimensions of 100 mm wide by 200 mm high (ratio of 1:2) and is naturally 20,000 mm2 be resized such that the mm2 = 15,000. So I need to find out what wxh gives me 15,000 mm2 with an aspect ratio of 1:2
Now the above is just an example. So ultimately I would like to be able to specify the current dimensions of an image (wxh), and have Excel work out the aspect ratio and return a new width and height maintaining the aspect ratio such that the new weight and height produces an area that I specify.
I hope this makes sense.
Many thanks.
