Can anyone help with a formula on this. I am new with excel and need to calculate at how many weeks in pregnancy someone signs up for services. I have date of hire (date assigned) and estimated due date. How would I go about this?

what has assignment date to do with due date? Why don't you give the conception date?

Assuming a normal 40 week pregnancy, place this formula in cell C5 and copy down for all rows:
Excel Formula: 
=(B5-(A5-280))/7
