Hello,

I need help with building a graphical report in excel. Basically i have an employee data from 2 states(SC & MA). The employees have went through some training between March 1st to March 16th to improve their performance and I need to show difference in improvement before(Mar1st - 16th) and after.

Essentially looking to see if there is a difference in calls made before and after training and did it got better or worse? If they got better what percent of improvement calls ? Meaning 15% of employees are making more than 5% of calls before training and 20% employees are making less than 10% calls before training and so on...

Below is the partial data:

Here what i am thinking in a tabular form(mock data) but wondering if there is a way to illustrate this in a graphical view to show the difference related to calls?

Excel Facts

Best way to learn Power Query?
Read M is for (Data) Monkey book by Ken Puls and Miguel Escobar. It is the complete guide to Power Query.
I would set up a helper column containing the percentage difference between the two values.

In the results table I would use the COUNTIFS function with three conditions -:
1: Checking the value of the State column.
2. The minimum value that the helper column value needs to be.
3. The maximum value that the helper column value needs to be.

Let me know if you need any more help.
